Pacific Community Regional Research Symposium

Lauren Turner and Selane Tairea represented Te Puna Vai Mārama at the Pacific Community Regional Research Symposium earlier this year, 22-23 May 2025. The pair presented findings from the 2024 agricultural survey, highlighting Rarotongan farmers’ adaptive capacity and the factors shaping their crop choices. Alongside showcasing the Centre’s research, they also strengthened regional connections and took the opportunity to explore Tongatapu.
